Return & Refund Policy

We remember the times when we were sitting in front of our computers, twiddling your thumbs, wondering what if we don't like what we were ordering online. Goods news - you don't have to go through that when shopping with us.

Every order comes with a 30-day unconditional satisfaction guarantee. That is, you have a full 30 days after you receive your order to decide if you like what you ordered. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason within this time frame, you can return the products(s) back to our San Francisco, California office for a full refund.

We ask you to return the products to us in the condition in which it was delivered with its original packaging. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost unless the products were damaged in transit, in which case, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product(s) or provide you with a full refund. 

Refunds are issued within 5 business days via the original payment method after the returned merchandises are received.
